Matt McCune
Matt was born and raised in Colorado and loves all it has to offer, especially the people! He received his Juris Doctor Degree (law degree) from the Denver University College of Law in 2002. While in law school, he served on the DU Law Review. Since 2002, he has successfully prosecuted thousands of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases. He is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), as well as a regular speaker and lecturer at Continuing Legal Education bankruptcy seminars, where he instructs other bankruptcy attorneys concerning complicated aspects of bankruptcy law.
Matt’s favorite part about being a bankruptcy attorney is that he gets to help good people move past a difficult time in their lives. In his free time you can find Matt trying to keep up with his wife and two children. He is an avid snowboarder and a bad surfer.
Jennifer Rubio
Jennifer Rubino is the owner and operator of Rubino Paralegal Services, Inc. and provides contract bankruptcy paralegal services to bankruptcy attorneys. Jennifer is a consumer bankruptcy specialist paralegal and has extensive knowledge and long standing, well developed relationships with trustees and their staff. She has a thorough understanding of federal and local bankruptcy rules and procedures. Jennifer has been a bankruptcy paralegal for over 20 years!
Angie Sullivan
Will Evans
Will Evans has been practicing law since 1985. Over the past 20 years his focus has been on bankruptcy. He started his legal career in the U.S. Air Force right out of law school as a Staff Judge Advocate stationed in Nevada at Nellis Air Force Base. After a stint as a JAG in the Air Force he moved to Cleveland, Ohio and was appointed an Assistant United States Attorney where he focused on criminal litigation. He moved to Colorado in 1995. He specialized in bankruptcy and consumer litigation as an attorney with Methner & Associates PC from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, he took a position with the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee, Douglas B. Kiel as a staff attorney. After 12 years of handling thousands of Chapter 13 cases and representing the Trustee, he decided to use his expertise to better serve individuals who need financial assistance through the bankruptcy process.
